Meet Our Team
Celeste (Office Manager)
Hi, I’m Celeste, I’m the newer face in the office. I joined Dr. Marshall and the team as the new Office Manager. I come from an eclectic background that allowed me to work with people of all walks of life. I work hand in hand with Dr. Marshall to ensure our patients have the best ortho experience in our office. You can come to me, if there are issues with insurance, or if you have questions regarding your personal treatment here at Marshall Orthodontics.
I’m a mom of 3, and in my spare time, when I have it, I serve as a PTA president and have a strong presence at my daughter’s school. I also stay busy as Co-Leader of my daughter’s Girl Scout troop. My husband and I have been married for over5 years and enjoy taking in everything that San Diego has to offer. On my ideal day off, you can find me at a Pilates class or taking my two over-sized dogs to the dog park. I love all things Star Wars and Keto friendly taco shops. I look forward to getting to know you.
Hannah (Orthodontics Assistant)
Hi, I’m Hannah and I’m OA (orthodontic assistant). I’ve been here since it was before Marshall Orthodontics, so you know, a long time. I work as Dr. Marshall’s right-hand woman in about 90 % of procedures that happen in the clinic. I’m constantly working hard to ensure you have a great time in the clinic because I know how intimidating it may be. I enjoy seeing the transformations of all the patients that come through our door. It’s probably the gratifying experience.
When I’m not straightening your teeth, you can find me on the ranch. I enjoy riding and training horses, including my new mustang. I also split my time training horses, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. My perfect Sunday would include windows down driving through the mountains in search of the perfect estate sale to browse with my favorite person by my site. Hope to see you in the clinic soon.
Vanessa (Clinical Assistant)
I started out here at Marshall Orthodontics working in the front office, but found that I love the clinical assistant work just as much, if not more, than the front. I assist Dr. Marshall in the clinic, while absorbing the vast knowledge she has not only in ortho but also in life. My goal is to go back to school and complete the Orthodontic Assistant program to widen my accessibility in the clinic.
I enjoyed spending time with my 2 boys who are 8 and 2, and let me tell you, they make life much more fulfilling. You can typically find us at the beach or the zoo, anywhere we can really explore. We just love being outdoors. I love to cook and to bake and I’m incorporating more time to read. My ideal rainy day would include a spool of yarn, a crochet hook, and my favorite episode of Grey’s Anatomy. I look forward to seeing you in the back and trying my best to put a smile on your face.
I have been working in this wonderful office since the end of 2016. I mainly take care of Japanese patients, developing Japanese documents and building the Japanese website. I also help the dental assistants in the clinic as needed.
After I moved to America from Japan I found my new joy – running! I enjoy participating in marathons. There are lots of wonderful running courses among the beaches in San Diego, I feel like I can run very long distances! I love spending time with my husband and we are really enjoying living in San Diego.
